Registration: $40 (re-newed annually)
Tuition: Based on class length and number of times per week; Due on the 1st day of the month.
Late Fees: $5 late fee per week, starting after the 7th day of the month. and continuing until balance is paid in full.
No Pays: If tuition is not paid by the 20th day of the month, your child will be not be allowed to attend class until the balance is paid in full.
Class Holding Fee: If you will be missing class for an extended period of time (less than 30 days) and would like to reserve your spot in class, you may hold that spot by paying a 1/2 months tuition until you return. A 2 week notice is required.
Early Bird Discount: Pay before the 1st day of the month for $3 off tuition (per child enrolled)
Drop Outs: 2 week written notice, email or otherwise, must be given before dropping or stopping class. Failure will result in your being charged for 1/2 months tuition.
Make Up Classes: If you miss a class, you are allowed to make it up by scheduling your time thru the office. Do not just show up and expect to jump in.
What to Wear: Our Minimum Requirement for class participation is a pair of athletic shorts and a T-Shirt (not a tank top). Girls are allowed to wear leotards if preferred.
What NOT to wear: NO Jewelry of any kind, NO leggings with feet built in, NO socks, NO shoes (unless you are in a tumbling class for cheerleaders)
Parents Rules: Remain in the viewing room at all times. Make sure your little one goes to the bathroom prior to class. Do not address coaches personally. Send concerns thru the office. Schedule make up classes promptly (no more than 30 days from the miss). Pay your child’s tuition on time. If possible, call if your child is unable to attend class.
Class Rules: Always Wait and Listen for your instructor. Good Behavior is required for learning, so do not cause class disruptions with bad behavior or by picking on other students. You could be asked to leave the class if this happens.
Parking Lot Safety: Watch for cars entering and leaving the parking lot or street, Hold their hands always, and always walk them into and out of the building. Do not allow young children to enter and exit without you.
